Sleep and Exercise
Second is enough sleep and exercise. Sleep helps the digestive system and the rest of the body recover from the stresses of the day, and also speeds up the growth process.
Physical Activity
Third is physical activity. Enough physical activity improves digestion and helps maintain regular bowel movement.
If you feed your children right and give the right amount of rest and exercise, their tummies will get strong and healthy. A healthy tummy is a comfortable tummy, free of diarrhea and constipation.
