  • 1/2 Broccoli
  • 5 tbsp. of CERELAC Rice & Soya
  • 2/3 cup distilled water

Step by step

  • Prepare the Ingredients and/or Equipment

    • Prepare all the cooking utensils that may be needed.
    • Hugasan ang broccoli at squash.
    • Tanggalin ang balat ng squash.

  • Prepare the Food

    • Place all the vegetables in a pan and make sure to use distilled water.
    • Simmer for 15 mins. para lumambot nang mabuti.
    • Hanguin at palamigin.

  • Finishing Touches and Serving

    • In a bowl, mash all the veggies together and add 5 tbsp. of CERELAC Rice & Soya.
    • Add the (150 ml) vegetable broth, mix it thoroughly and serve!
