Ingredients
1-2 slices of Squash
1/2 Broccoli
5 tbsp. of CERELAC Rice & Soya
2/3 cup distilled water
Step by step
Prepare the Ingredients and/or Equipment
Prepare all the cooking utensils that may be needed.
Hugasan ang broccoli at squash.
Tanggalin ang balat ng squash.
Prepare the Food
Place all the vegetables in a pan and make sure to use distilled water.
Simmer for 15 mins. para lumambot nang mabuti.
Hanguin at palamigin.
Finishing Touches and Serving
In a bowl, mash all the veggies together and add 5 tbsp. of CERELAC Rice & Soya.
Add the (150 ml) vegetable broth, mix it thoroughly and serve!
