How do you make your Child's Tummy Healthy?
Alam niyo ba, there are 3 easy steps to help your child achieve a healthy and happy tummy?
Here are 3 ways to your child’s healthy tummy:
Proper Nutrition
First is proper nutrition. Make sure that you are giving your child the right types of food for their stage of development. Functional foods, or those supplemented with probiotics, have shown good benefits on a child’s health and well-being.
Sleep and Exercise
Second is enough sleep and exercise. Sleep helps the digestive system and the rest of the body recover from the stresses of the day, and also speeds up the growth process.
Physical Activity
Third is physical activity. Enough physical activity improves digestion and helps maintain regular bowel movement.
If you feed your children right and give the right amount of rest and exercise, their tummies will get strong and healthy. A healthy tummy is a comfortable tummy, free of diarrhea and constipation. It also makes a strong immune system that effectively fights off many types of infections. Finally, a healthy tummy supports overall growth and brain development, which helps children become smart and ready for the challenges of school and environment.
