VOLUNTARY PRECAUTIONARY RECALL​

Consumer Notice of Limited NAN OPTIPRO and NANKID OPTIPRO batches 

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Your baby’s safety and wellbeing is our absolute priority.​

As a precautionary measure, we are voluntarily recalling specific batches of NAN OPTIPRO and NANKID OPTIPRO due to a possible quality issue  identified with an ingredient provided by a leading supplier. We are taking this action in full cooperation with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).​

It is important to note that, out of an abundance of caution, Nestlé Philippines has decided to voluntarily recall the affected batches even though no confirmed cases of illness have been reported in connection with the products involved to date. ​

Only specific batches are affected. All other Nestlé products, and other batches ofthese products, are not included in this recall.​

To check if your product is being recalled, you can find the batch number on the box and foil packaging for reference. It contains 8-10 characters with no punctuation.
