Ingredients

5 tbsp CERELAC Rice & Soya​

30 g kalabasa, peeled and sliced

1 tbsp kamote tops

Water

Step by step

  • Prepare 1 serving of CERELAC (50g or 5 level tablespoons) according to pack instructions. Set aside.

     

  • Steam sliced kalabasa until soft. Blanch kamote tops. Save some of the liquid to use for puree.

     

  • Puree kalabasa and kamote tops using a hand blender or regular blender until smooth. Add blanching liquid as needed to reach desired consistency.

  • Add pureed vegetable to a bowl of CERELAC.
