
Cerelac with Squash-Kamote Tops Puree

Ingredients
5 tbsp CERELAC Rice & Soya
30 g kalabasa, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp kamote tops
Water
Step by step

Prepare 1 serving of CERELAC (50g or 5 level tablespoons) according to pack instructions. Set aside.

Steam sliced kalabasa until soft. Blanch kamote tops. Save some of the liquid to use for puree.

Puree kalabasa and kamote tops using a hand blender or regular blender until smooth. Add blanching liquid as needed to reach desired consistency.

Add pureed vegetable to a bowl of CERELAC.
