Rice (48%), Soya flour, Skimmed milk powder, Rice crispy (9%), Vegetable oil (Palm olein, rapeseed, coconut, sunflower), Onion flakes (4.2%), Chicken meat powder (3%), Carrot crunchies (1.8%), Vegetable blend flakes (1.4%), Minerals (Calcium carbonate, Ferrous fumarate, Magnesium carbonate, Zinc sulfate, Potassium iodide), Pumpkin flakes (.9%), Carrot flakes (.7%), Soya lecithin (emulsifier), Dipotassium phosphate (acidity regulator), Vitamins (C, E, Nicotinamide, Calcium D-pantothenate, B1, B6, B2, A, Folic acid, D-biotin, Cholecalciferol, B12).
IRON
Iron is important as it helps transport oxygen to the brain and the rest of the body. Make sure that your child gets enough iron every day. Your child needs 5x more IRON per kg of body weight than adults. CERELAC® contains half of the daily IRON needs of your child in one serving.

After opening the pack, the contents should immediately be transferred to an empty, clean and dry airtight container. Replace the lid tightly after every use and store in a cool, dry place.
Step 1
Boil 120 ml of drinking water for 5 minutes and pour boiling water into baby’ bowl.
Step 2
Add 40g or 5 level tbsps. of Cerelac®.
Step 3
Stir until porridge is mixed well and feed immediately using a clean spoon.
