TERMS & CONDITIONS: ParenTeam “Top Contributor” Reward Program

1. Promotion Period

The “Top Contributor” Reward Program runs from 12 a.m. PHT on August 28, 2025 (Thursday) to 11:59 p.m. PHT on January 5, 2026 (Monday).

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to all members of the ParenTeam Moms and Dads Facebook Group during the promotion period, except for:

• Group admins and moderators
• ParenTeam Circle Creators (PTCC)
• Members of the Nestlé team
• Group Experts (as labeled by Facebook)

Eligibility will be based on member activity as recorded on Facebook’s Membership Insights tab.

3. How to Join  

To qualify:

• Be an active, supportive member of the ParenTeam Moms and Dads Facebook Group.
• Members are automatically considered based on their engagement over Facebook’s 28-day insights cycle.

Each month, the top 5 contributors will be shortlisted based on activity metrics including post engagement, comments, and supportiveness within the community.

The shortlist will be reviewed and finalized by the Nestlé team.

4. Raffle Prize

• Each of the 5 top contributors per month will receive a ₱2,000 Edamama voucher.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and may not be exchanged for other items.

5. Winner Selection and Announcement

• Top contributors will be identified every 28th of the month using Facebook Group insights.
• The final list will be validated and approved by the Nestlé team within 2 working days (e.g., by the 30th of the same month).
• Winner announcements will be posted in the ParenTeam Moms and Dads Facebook Group on the 5th of the following month.
• Each announcement will tag the 5 selected members.
• A total of 5 rounds will be conducted during the promo period.

6. Prize Claiming

• Winners must message the ParenTeam Facebook page via PM within two (2) weeks of the announcement (e.g., by the 19th of the same month) and provide the following:
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number
• Failure to send the required information by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Prize Fulfilment

• ParenTeam will begin processing all verified winners’ details and arrange for e-voucher fulfillment 3 weeks after each winner announcement.
• Winners can expect to receive their Giftaway ₱2,000 Edamama voucher via email within 2.5 working weeks from that point.

8. General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
• ParenTeam reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the process or violating the rules.
• ParenTeam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the reward program in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
