TERMS & CONDITIONS: ParenTeam “Sign Up to Win” Giveaway

1. Promotion Period

The “Sign Up to Win” Giveaway runs from 12 a.m. PHT on August 25, 2025 (Monday) to 11:59 p.m. PHT on September 14, 2025 (Sunday).

2. Eligibility

• This giveaway is open only to new members who join the ParenTeam Moms and Dads Facebook Group during the promotion period.
• Each entry will be cross-verified using membership join dates to confirm eligibility.
• Existing members are not eligible and will be disqualified if they attempt to participate.

3. How to Join  

To participate:

1. Click the CTA button on the official giveaway post.
2. Request to join the ParenTeam Moms and Dads Facebook Group.
3. Upon joining, participants must:  
   1. Fill out the membership form truthfully.
   2. Agree to the group rules. (Incomplete or inaccurate forms, or refusal to accept group rules, will result in declined membership.)
4. Once approved, participants must:  
   1. Comment on the pinned “Welcome Post” in the group.
   2. Only one comment per participant is allowed.
   3. Each valid comment is equivalent to one raffle entry.

4. Raffle Prize

• 50 winners will receive a ₱500 Giftaway cash voucher for Edamama.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and may not be exchanged for other items.

5. Winner Selection And Announcement

• Winners will be randomly selected via Wheel of Names.
• The winner announcement will post publicly on September 20, 2025 on:  
  • The official ParenTeam Facebook page
  • The ParenTeam Moms and Dads Facebook Group

6. Prize Claiming

• Winners must message the ParenTeam Facebook page via PM by October 4, 2025, and provide the following:  
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number
• Failure to send the required information by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Prize Delivery

• ParenTeam will begin processing all verified winners’ details and arrange for e-voucher fulfilment 2.5 weeks after each winner announcement.
• Winners can expect to receive their Giftaway ₱500 Edamama voucher via email within 2.5 working weeks from that point.

8. General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
• ParenTeam reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating the rules.
• ParenTeam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
