How can I delete my account?

If you have created an account with us, you can delete your account and stop using the Platform at any time. After your account has been deleted, your User Content will be deleted, and you will not be able to retrieve it.

To delete your account, please contact us through any of the following channels:

  • Reach out through our Nestlé Contact Us page.
  • Write to us at: No. 31 Plaza Drive, Rockwell Center, Makati City 1200.
  • Send an email to any of the DPO email addresses listed in Section 12 of the Nestlé Privacy Policy, depending on the relevant Nestlé affiliate in the Philippine Market.

If the request is submitted by someone other than you, it must include proof that the request is made on your behalf. Otherwise, the request will be rejected. Any identification information provided will be processed in compliance with applicable laws.
