MECHANICS FOR MOM & ME:
1. The Gcash Voucher Promo is open to the first 2,000 users who sign up on the Nestle Mom & Me Parenting Club website (https://www.momandme.nestle.com.ph/) from August 1, 2022 12:01 AM to August 31, 2022 11:59PM.
- Users who sign up are entitled to a P50 Gcash voucher upon complete validation of user information provided.
- Users can use the P50 Gcash voucher in accordance with Gcash terms and conditions, to process any transactions with partner Gcash merchants.
2. The P50 Gcash vouchers shall be valid until 2 months from receipt of voucher.
3. To avail of the Gcash voucher, qualified users who sign up on the Nestle Mom & Me website shall receive an email from Mom & Me within five (5) business days. If user has an existing Gcash account, user just needs to claim the voucher provided in the email in the Gcash account for it to be credited to his account. Otherwise, instructions on how to register a Gcash account shall be sent to the user. A user who does not register a valid Gcash account shall not be able to use the P50 Gcash voucher available for this Promo.
4. This Promo is valid for users who sign-up on the Nestle Mom&Me website from August 1, 2022 12:01 AM to August 31, 2022 11:59PM ONLY.
5. A maximum number of only 2,000 vouchers will be available for redemption and communicated as such for the Promotion. The voucher is non- transferable and not convertible to cash.

- Any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, for lost network connections, garbled computer transmissions, and other problems or technical malfunctions in the conduct of this Promotion.
- Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of the email addresses used in this Promotion.

2. NPI, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any access to and use of the Gcash website. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, everything on the foregoing website/s herein are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose or use or non-infringement.
3. NPI shall be entitled to cancel, discontinue or suspend this Promotion on the basis of the occurrence of force majeure events or any event beyond the control of NPI that will not make it possible to continue with the conduct of the Promotion without affecting the fairness and integrity of the same, including but not limited to the following:
- Programs not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering;
- Unauthorized intervention;
- Technical failures;
- Technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, computer equipment and software;
- Failure of any e-mail account to transmit message/s to the organizers of the Promotion on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or any website;
- Injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person's computer due to or resulting from participating in the Promotion or downloading any materials from the website/s; or
- Any other causes which would corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, and integrity of selecting the participants in this Promotion.
The decision of NPI to cancel, discontinue or suspend this Promotion based on the foregoing is absolute and final and they will not engage in any dialogue with any person regarding such decision
