How to compute AOG by LMP?

Your Age of Gestation (AOG), or gestational age, is computed by counting the number of weeks and days that have passed since the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP). Your healthcare provider uses this starting date to determine how far along you are, usually writing it out as a combination of weeks and days, such as "22 weeks and 3 days".
