How can I delete my account?
If you have created an account with us, you can delete your account and stop using the platform at any time. To delete your account/your personal data with us, please contact us through any of the following channels:
- Reach out through our Nestlé Contact Us page; or
- Send us a letter at: No. 31 Plaza Drive, Rockwell Center, Makati City 1200.
Your request must include a copy of any of your government issued ID or equivalent details (where requested by us and permitted by law), for purposes of identity validation. If the request is submitted by a person other than you, without providing evidence that the request is legitimately made on your behalf, the request will be rejected.
Please note that any identification information provided to us will only be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
