Avocado and Egg Puree


The Avocado and Egg Puree recipe combined with Cerelac creates a yummy mixture, aas well as the ingredients to be used contains potassium, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and Vitamin- C, making this recipe siksik sa sustansya for little bulilit.

  • 5 tbsp. of CERELAC Rice & Soya 
  • 1 ripe avocado 
  • 1 egg 
  • 2/3 cup of lukewarm water
Step by step

    Preparation Step 1

    • Pakuluan ang itlog hanggang maging hard-boiled.
    • After boiling, separate the yolk from the egg white.
    • Mash the egg yolk and avocado. Pwede rin gumamit ng blender para mas madaling makain ni bulilit.

    Preparation Step 2

    • In a bowl, add 5 tbsp. of CERELAC Rice & Soya and pour 150 ml water. Stir until the cereal is smooth.

    Preparation Step 3

    • Add the mashed/pureed avocado & egg yolk to the bowl of CERELAC.
    • Mix well and serve.
